Default Servicing Forks on a Titan Phoenix

Has anyone changed oil on the inverted Phoenix forks? They appear to be made similar to Storz/ Ceraini or a GCB model. They have massive uppers and square lowers. Process seems simple except for removing the top cap cover to access the actual threaded cap below? Anyone with experience???
Many Thanks ....

Thanks for responding Dresser Dan. I am looking for the procedure to change fork oil. It appears that it should be the same as other inverted forks, however removal of the chrome fork "cap cover" to pour the oil in has me baffled. I believe the "cap cover" should be removable after releasing tension on the triple tree bolts. No luck. I am sure there is a "threaded cap" beneath the cap cover but how does the cover come off? the manual I have seen doesn't address this topic, only the threaded cap removal. These forks are on all 99-01 ZRM models so they shouldn't be too challenging. I spoke with Storz & Titan of Las Vegas with no luck. Any ideas??? Thank you.

Deplete air pressure from the fork,by depressing the valve core at the top.Using a pin spanner, remove the top cap from the fork tube.lift the cap, spring, dampner assembly and fork tube from the upper bushing. You should just have to remove the top cap if changing oil.Service each fork with 320cc of Bel-Ray HVI 15w racing suspension fluid. These instructions came from the service manual. If you need more info let me know.I am looking for some one with experience on adjusting the Reikin clutch.

Dresser Dan, Thank you for your reply. You are exactly right... The forks on the Titan Phoenix are not the same. They are inverted, but have no air nor air valves. I believe if I could get to the cap where a spanner is required, everything else would be the same. I am just having no luck removing the "polished cap cover". Looks like I may end up loosening all of the triple tree clinch bolts and sliding both fork tubes up through the trees to possibly then remove the polished caps.
Regarding your Reiken clutch, that is a challenge. Obviously you have tried the web. I'll talk to some of the local guys at two locally owed shops and see if they have any experience. Again, I greatly appreciate your help....

I will keep looking for info.Titan used some good parts and they also used a lot of copy cat stuff. My rear pulley is a PM and looks like the wheels.PM says they never made wheels for them. The front ends were made my different companies.I believe CMG or GMC something like that.I have the info for mine but yours almosat looks like something from Midwest MC Ultima??The book does nt give much info on the clutch.I have to replace the ring and pinion gears now. Haveing a hard time finding a gear set. I was ordering from V Twin and they sent me one that was too small to go on the basket.said they did nt have one that was ID of 6.620 as I was told it was.Called J&P and they said the Rivera Primo was the right size of 6.620 ID it is a 84 10 tooth My outer primary is a H D the inner is Delkron?
