Thats a arlen ness luxury liner, 1 of 12. i restored it about 2 years ago. top end, rebuilt carb, clutch, brakes, forkseals....you name it.
Ive seen 4 total in person, and one in a magazine...the attorney Russ Brown has one in the add.
